Credit Card Transactions and Information

All monetary transactions are carried out within at least 128 bit strength encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) areas. The trusted third party SSL certificate issuer is Geotrust. See http://geotrust.com/ for more information. No credit card numbers are stored onsite. All transactions and credit card information are handled by National Australia Bank only. Credit card transactions are processed by eWay's secure payment gateway, which adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Personal Information Usage

Aussie Medi Tech will not sell, rent, lend, exchange or give customer's mail address, zip code, phone number or e-mail address to a third party without customer's explicit permission. The information provided by the customer is protected and stored securely inaccessible to an outside person. Aussie Medi Tech will use the customer's personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services and to collect fees owed.

Disclosure of Personal Information

The customer authorizes Aussie Medi Tech to use it's name, business name, city or country information and comments in marketing documents or as testimonials on Aussie Medi Tech's and LPG Therapy's web sites. At any time, the customer may withdraw this authorization with a written notice. Aussie Medi Tech will only disclose personal information to a third party if required by law as evidenced by a valid Court Order of competent jurisdiction or to a collection agency if needed.
