The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all orders placed with LPG Therapy / Aussie Medi Tech for all products and services offered on this website.
Accordingly, the fact of placing an order implies your full support and agreement to the conditions of this contract.
Privacy
Aussie Medi Tech will use the customer's personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services and purchased products, and to collect fees owed and will not disclose such information to any third party except as required by law as evidenced by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction and to collection services if needed. The customer authorizes Aussie Medi Tech to use its name, business name and comments in marketing documents. At any time, the customer can send a written notice to withdraw this authorization.
Prices
You are guaranteed the price posted on the site at the time of order. Prices may be changed at any time without further notification due to economic factors, changes in duties and taxes, cost of labor or raw materials and other reasons. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and exclude shipping and GST as indicated. All totals on your shopping cart at the time of check out include shipping and GST as indicated.
Accountability
a. Your cart is your purchase order.
b. When you choose to place an order, you must provide the information necessary for billing and delivery of purchased products. In case of spelling mistakes or other errors in the supplied information that cause the delivery of the product(s) to fail, Aussie Medi Tech cannot be held accountable. However, Aussie Medi Tech will try its best to contact you in those cases and resolve the delivery issues as quickly as possible in order to avoid further delays.
c. Upon receipt of your order it will be automatically validated and processed and will be an irrevocable commitment on your part which can be challenged only in cases exhaustively defined by these terms and conditions. Any order is deemed final and cannot be reversed except at the sole discretion of Aussie Medi Tech.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once payment has been accepted and processed. Aussie Medi Tech reserves the right not to confirm and process an order without announcing any reasons.
Payment
Payment of the full price is due with placing the order. Aussie Medi Tech gladly accepts the following cards:

o American Express
Payment by credit card is recommended as it is highly secure and guarantees delivery without delay.
Payment may also be made by wire transfer or check. Details are provided when an invoice is issued at the time of ordering. Products are shipped after payment is received.
Delivery
Articles may be delivered all over Australia and New Zealand to any address you specify as shipping address. You must make sure that the content and the package is in good condition before signing for the delivery. Any defects concerning the transport (breakage, damage, damaged packaging, etc.) should always be reported by you on delivery or within three (3) business days.
Warranty
The warranty applies to the ‘Wellbox’ only. All other products (consumables) are covered by the refund and return policy (see next chapter for details).
Aussie Medi Tech guarantees that the product is, at the time of original purchase free from defects in material, design and manufacturing. The warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
a. The guarantee is valid as long as the customer can provide the product with the original proof of purchase, including invoice, receipt and the warranty certificate issued. The proof of purchase must include the date of purchase and the express designation of the product. Aussie Medi Tech reserves the right to deny free exchange or servicing under warranty in cases where above documents cannot be presented or the information they contain is found to be incomplete or illegible.
b. The guarantee is valid only when the product has been used in private capacity. Professional use or renting of the equipment for business purposes waives the warranty.
c. The warranty period covers 2 (two) years ("Warranty Period") from the date on which the customer purchased the product from Aussie Medi Tech, or 500 hours of use or 5000 sessions of 6 minutes each, whichever comes first. To control the number of hours of use, turn off the camera, keeping it plugged and press simultaneously for 2 seconds on Power, Time, start and stop. Repeat the same operation to extinguish the screen.
d. During the "Warranty Period", Aussie Medi Tech repairs or replaces without charge, in its sole discretion and within the limits of available stock if the product is defective. Aussie Medi Tech repairs the customer's product or replaces it with another properly working product. All parts or materials that have been exchanged become the property of Aussie Medi Tech.
e. The "Warranty Period" of a repaired or replaced product extends or renews.
f. This guarantee applies to shortcomings identified in the course of using the product as outlined in the manual. It does not cover maintenance or repair or replacement due to normal wear or aging of the product. Additionally, the guarantee does not apply in particular when:
i. The failure is caused by inappropriate use of the product, exposure to excessive moisture, thermal conditions or environmental extremes or rapid changes of these conditions, exposure to corrosion, oxidation, modifications or unauthorized connections, repairs carried out by repairers or by the customer himself (unauthorized), repairs carried out with unauthorized spare parts, improper use, inappropriate types of power supplies, failure to follow assembly instructions, incorrect installation, in an accident, damage caused by the forces of nature, in contact with liquid, or by the action of chemicals and any other acts reasonably beyond the control of Aussie Medi Tech.
ii. Aussie Medi Tech was not informed by the customer of the default within thirty (30) days following the appearance of the defects covered in the "Warranty Period".
iii. The serial number of the product or any other identification numbers have been removed, erased, damaged, altered or are no longer legible.
iv. The failure stems from the fact that the product was used with an accessory that is not manufactured or supplied by Aussie Medi Tech.
g. The customer agrees to return the product in its original packaging. Aussie Medi Tech assumes no liability for damages caused by a product transport with inappropriate packaging.
h. This warranty is the sole and exclusive right provided to the customer by Aussie Medi Tech and the only responsibility of Aussie Medi Tech regarding defects of its products.
Defects & Returns
a. The Customer shall inspect all goods on delivery and shall within three (3) business days of delivery notify the seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Customer must afford a representative of Aussie Medi Tech an opportunity to inspect the product within a reasonable time following delivery if the Customer believes the goods are defective in any way. If the Customer fails to comply with these provisions, the goods are conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
b. For defective goods, Aussie Medi Tech's liability is limited to either (at sole discretion of Aussie Medi Tech) replace the goods or repair the goods provided that:
i. The Customer has complied with provisions of clause a)
ii. The goods are returned at Customer's cost within seven (7) days of delivery date
iii. Aussie Medi Tech is not liable for goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner
iv. The goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
c. Aussie Medi Tech may (in its discretion) accept the goods for credit that may be used for future purchases, but this may incur a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods plus any freight.

Intellectual Property
a. The title, design, form, content (marks, text, organization of color illustrations, photographs and images) of this Site, its general architecture and its presentation but also its source code, underlying software and more generally, any information or material on this Site are owned by Aussie Medi Tech.
b. This Site is protected by copyright law. Violations of these regulations are an infringement and will be prosecuted. The entire contents of this web site, including the text, images, graphics and video files - is - unless otherwise stated - protected by law and may not be sold, as amended, broadcasted, reused, repositioned, operated or used in any manner whatsoever for the purpose of public or commercial use without prior written authorization from Aussie Medi Tech.

Shipping Times & Delays
Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the same business day. Any orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery or shipping is available after 10:00 a.m.; however, a rush delivery fee may be incurred.
Shipping delays may be incurred during various holidays as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and delivery cost is $20.00 flat fee for all items up to 20kgs. Each additional 20kgs incur a $20.00 fee. Re-delivery attempts or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive the package, a second delivery attempt is made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery charge is due to an incorrect address.
Delivery Times
Our preferred carriers are FastWay and Australian Post. Most packages arrive at their destination in 1-5 business days. Deliveries to Sydney commercial locations are usually carried out the day after the order has been shipped. Please allow the appropriate amount of time for the delivery of your order. We cannot guarantee transit times with any carriers.
Damage Claims
If your order is damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will gladly replace. Original packing carton and contents are necessary for us to process the damage claim.
